Converting Itunes music

I bought an album on iTunes and I want some of it on my phone.
How can I convert to mp3 or something?

If you can locate the directory where the songs are located, then you can use a song converter; google then come back to wbb and search for the program and enjoy

I used a program called NoteCable in the end.
