Commandline torrent download

is dere any commandline torrent downloading client available for windows xp
i m asking for genuine commandline torrent client ..
like .. i will give command download torrent .. it start downloading torrent via commandline into cmd window and once downloading finish it should close the cmd window
or any other way to do this ..??
i hope someone know

want to make a bash script who can download torrent automatically and once downloading finish it place a txt file in to it “completed.txt”

What exactly is it you want to automate? There are many torrent clients that monitor RSS feeds or whatnot to fetch new torrents and download them automatically, the clients will tell you when the download is finished.
Is there a particular reason you need this “completex.txt” file?
If you explain what exactly you’re trying to achieve, we can tell you how to best go about your problem. If, however, you have already thought of the means to solve your problem and only want help to get solution working, it can get much more complicated
