Cod4 problems

When i start cod4mp and go to join game no servers come up at all and when i try and manually join servers using console pb tells me im banned from servers even when i try and join a cracked server please help
or if you have any way which i can play mw2 or cod4 online just mention it

thanks ive tried it but when i try and update it never works and i get a speed of 0kb/s or when i try a different version of alteriwnet which is 150mb it just says we are looking for 3 more players? thanks 🙂
