Cod black ops freez, stucks, crashes

hi people,
I installed the black ops (SKIDROW) with all the updates (SKIDROW)
I have updated the grafics, clean up my pc, reinstall the game more times, set the grafics on minimum (no shadows, no bulletimpacts, no antialaising, etc.) but it still
crashes , stucks and freez. I tried some of the stuff posted hire in the forum, but nothing.
my comp:
amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ 2,6GHz
sapphire ati radeon HD3870 512mb gddr4 single slot
2 x 2gb ddr2 1066mhz Kingston Hyper x
Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit

looks like I fixed the problem.
I just format my system, install the win7 x64 (updated it), install teh game and updated it with the update 5 and 6 (skidrow)
dont change the grafic settings, this will start the problem withh the game again.
now its running smooth.
