“Cheating” in Warez Scene?

PROPER REASON:
NoTV does CBR for the last segment in every encode that
they do. See sampledir for proof in .stats. What we don't
get is why lame groups are compelled to cheat? It just doesn't make sense. NoTV does CBR for last segment, XOR
does their second pass of the first pass .avi. For ~censored~
sake ... are you groups that hard up for affils? Just do
the shows correctly and move on. Cheaters should be nuked.
What does this mean? And why do groups do what they do, do they get anything out of it?

I guess the quality of the sound is not good on notv release , and xor seem to do something wrong in the encode.. which group release that proper?
