Can’t install Office 2010 – how weird.

Hello guys
Few days ago, my already installed and perfectly functioning copy of MS Office 2010 suddenly started asking me for an activation key, as the last one expired (downloaded it from this forum). So I used Youruninstaller to remove it and downloaded a new Office 2010 from (the natural thing to do innit?) Well, about 5 minutes into the process (after I select to only install WORD and EXCEL, I keep getting this message:
Microsoft office Mondo 2010 encountered an error during setup
I tried downloading another source, same results. Any idea what might be the problem? I really need this thing fro uni, can’t be bothered with this bollocks

i always try to help out someone who has put almost 5 years of there life into this site ;0 !i kno you dont wanna downgrade…bu tever considered going back to 2007? i have been using it for “literally” years and it so much easier to get working than 2010…just a idea…

yes sound mate but it’s just that I really like the 2010 look.. but given no other choice I suppose I’ll have to go back to 2007..
