Can’t create New TV / Movie Request Post?

Every time I try to post a request it says I need to send 10 messages?
What does that mean? Sorry for being a noob. Can someone make the TV show request Justified Season 1-6 RG ?

It means you need to have at least 10 posts to post a request

Ugh, i don’t really know what I would post. like tv/ movie links? in the meantime can you post the request for me? The search is down and the ones i did find had no working links.

You could go to off topic and rate the last TV show you saw….Stuff like that.
