Cant connect to this site …

I have recently gotten a VPN service and I have noticed that when I am connected thru the VPN I cannot access this site from any that i have tried so far .. Stockholm, London, or even san fransisco.
But when I have the VPN off I can connect to this site fine .. which is in the USA.
any ideas as to why the page wont load when I am using that? other pages/sites like this load fine .. thanks for the help.
