can you change the font color?

in windows xp folders. when i go to my music or any other folder the text is in black can I change this to white? Im using windows blinds as well to make an all black theme but doesnt work well with black text on a black background

Well I would think that Windows Blinds would have options or themes to do that..
Be careful though or you might need the Braille 3.1 plug in
