Can someone teach me how to use and download from torren?

i need some help, in fact, i am a beginner in downloading with torrent.
I really appreciate you if you explain me how i can download files that i want by the help of Torrent,I don’t know what i should do, when i find a file in torrent:(
Frankly i don’t know what Torrents are and how they work.

Be very careful! Depending upon where you live, you could get into a lot of trouble if your IP address gets logged by the copyright protection groups. Movies and TV are the worst and also some applications and OS’s. It’s very risky if you don’t know what you are doing and don’t protect your IP address.

It’s revealing your IP address which can get you into trouble. People who log IP address cannot do anything without an IP address. VPN’s, if properly configured can hide your real IP address and can provide protection. Seedboxes are another method of doing torrents safely. VPN’s and seedboxes especially, both usually cost money. They need to be checked out thoroughly to ensure that the owners won’t pass on your real details.
No torrent trackers are safe, remember that. Some people say private trackers are safe but they are not. Many big torrent sites have open sign ups so anyone who wants to track users can easily do so. Many people have received letters after taking part in torrents on some large private trackers.

You will be pretty safe using OpenVPN.
However, a lot of VPN providers do not allow p2p on their servers, so check the TOS.
You are a lot safer sticking with http downloads these days.
you gotta be careful but ive been doing torrents for years and ive only been emailed once (jackass 2 paramount emaild me) download utorrent its free google and go to
torrentz.com
PM me for more details…but for the most part youll be fine mighty marvel is right they can track you but thats the riskl you take ive been doing torrentz since 03 and like i said one time and ive downloaded 1000’s of files

I would watch out for uTorrent, that latest version is supposedly the version that notifies the authorities of your activities, due to the bittorrent protocol creator Bram Cohen, joining forces with authorities.
There’s more information on Google about it, but after hearing that and that uTorrent 3 is majorly bloated, I wouldn’t go anywhere near it.

Well yes first download utorrent,bittorrent or etc, than go on some popular torrent site like piratebay,demonoid,torrentz and search what you wanna to download. And actually this is it just look what you download to have seeders and good comments.
