can somebody please help me align some text in dreamweaver

no, sory..
i have a big picture on the left…. and wanted to put a big table on the right with tourdates on it…
but it always goes under the picture, instead of next to it
thats what i HATE about dreamweaver, it makes the simplest things so difficult & time consuming….

it is aligned left…
I managed to do it… not too sure how to b honest… just deleted some html and if it didint work, put it back in..
i deleted some and the text eventualy went Near where i wanted it… as for fine tuning – God knows
Ive luckily ben able to get my hands on an old website of the person im ‘working’ for.. so im just trying to update it… but even that is proving extremely hard for me…extrremely.

im trying to re-vamp this site, but so far all ive managed to do is enlarge the link text on the top, & update the tourdates..(the tourdates were what i was trying to align.i kind of managed it somehow… cant do anybetter.
as for doing anything else to the site… i dont know as yet how
