Can I email an attachment to a recipient but not the cc peop

is it possible in outlook 2007 and above that i want only the people in “TO” to see the attachments but people in CC and BCC cant see them

I don’t think you can, the best way to do it is send one mail with attach to recipient and one separate mail without attach to all CC.
