It looks like a bug in the program or in it’s installation.
Possibly could be a corrupted download of the program.
You could try uninstalling and re-installing it.
If it’s only a quite small app, try downloading a new copy.
it work before ?
you just install or change anything in movie maker ?
install anything else related to video ?
