Basically its a fault CD. There is some file missing while installing. When i have problems like this, as far as my knowledge goes this is what i do:
-Take the CD and gently blow aways any dust.
-Check if there are any deep scratches.
If non of the above help, then the only thing you can do is go exchange the CD from where you bought it.
there was alot of this when the game come out, you just need to get a new set of disks
