Buying Nokia X6

I want to buy a second hand Nokia X6 but it still has 23 months warranty so it’s practically new.
But the guy says he installed GPS (Ovi Maps) on the phone and that cost him 119Euros and also Google Maps which was 49Euros.
I have done some research and didn’t get a good result but some sites said that those 2 apps were completey free.
Is the guy trying to rip me off?

Ovi Maps wasn’t free a while ago but it has been free more than one months.

i have this phone and majority of apps are free if you know where to look
dude.. if you want an advice? don’t buy nokia x6, i have it, and it isn’t worth the money… yea it has 16 gigs of memory, but thats all :/ s60v5 os sucks balls
