It’s honerstly not very hard to do mate.
Look at the above comments, that’s all you need to know really.
If not then do a tad of googling, with stealth etc.

Yes, you ain’t going anywhere without a modified Xbox 360 DVD drive.
You won’t get IP banned, I don’t know where your getting those weird ideas.
Your console will get banned if you play on live if you didn’t take any precautions.

Latest LT firmware on your 360, correctly patching the wave of your game and SSV2.
Your hard drive must be a retail hard drive and not homemade.

Not true, it’s perfectly safe to play with this drive:

If you mod your phone xbox360 and you do not know what you are doing. You’ll most likely get yourself banned within the first hour of playing. Iox modf you really want to play online, get a second used xbox mod it and play the games you don’t want to pay for on that system. On your other system use that with only legitimate games, so you can avoid being banned.
If you do end up modding that 1 console that you own. There is a great chance of being banned. Microsoft does a 2 banwaves a year to stop the privacy online.

2.4x is not a must. With a good burner and good DL disks you can burn at higher speeds and games will work fine. Burn the disks at lowest speed and install the games on HDD. Burned DL DVDs put a lot of stress on the laser so it will not last long if you play game off the disk.
Burn at lowest speed and install games on HDD before playing.

Not exactly, I get the cheapest DL DVDs possible and I use a 5 year old laptop DL DVD burner and I always install games on the HDD. Out of 40 games I burned around with 3 DVDs I got the disk unreadable error, I burned another copy and they work. It depends on the xbox 360 drive laser, if you maintain it well and play games off the disk and use the laser at little as possible then your games and xbox will work fine.

i am going to get the verbatim dl discs and burn them at 4x speed so that should be ok not too much and not too little thats what i say
Answer #19
There is no speed limit thats better than others.
It all comes down to your burner + disc combo-.
And most of the time the best speed to burn the game is the discs MAX speed-.
So if you buy x8 DL discs- Your best of burning on speed 8-
Again- Not always the case since not all burners are the same- But its proven to be the best method.-
Max speed is x12 on a 360 so theres your limit. If you are about to buy new discs and dont wanna spend money on verbs- its fine. Verbs are best but by far not the only ones that work.
Just try and stick with high speed discs such as speed 8-
They seam to be of better quality most of the time. And if your burner fails at speed 8 you can always change the speed and find a speed that fits you- Where as if you use x2,4 discs and they fail….. well then you can only throw them out the window.
But yeah. Tips to the couple of people here asking about burning.
And this info is legit- And confirmed by many members over at 360iso-

How old is your 360 and what drive does it have? Hitachi drives are the oldest and are for infamous fr the disk unreadable error even with original games. if you have a old 360 then I would say burn at a slower speed.

You need to download a program called winrar and you have to extract the first part and the rest will extract automatically and then you will have one ISo file which will be around 6-7 GB. scan the ISO with abgx and burn it with imgburn or clonecd.

That tutorial was written in 2007, a lot has changed since then.
You do need a special DVD burner to burn the new XGD3 games flashed with LT MAX firmware
You need one of these Lite-On drives to burn games
iHAS124B
iHAS224B
iHAS324B
iHAS424B
iHAS524B
iHAS624B
It is possible to burn games with a normal dual layer DVD burner with ImgBurn but that will only burn 97% of the game. It will still work but you might get the “Disk Unreadable” error and chances of being banned are also higher. One of the iHAS drives flashed with LT MAX firmware will burn the game 100%. If you are going to download games instead of ripping them yourself then you dont need XBC. You need abgx

Thank you so much Delta_Red – especially for such a prompt reply.
I’ve asked my local ‘mod guy’ to get me a DVD burner – apparently it is a liteon and not the Kreon Drive (??) and I have the abx360 GUI ready to go…
Im use to buring via ImgBurn for my WII games – is there any reasons why I shouldn’t use Xbox Backup Creator over ImgBurn??
I have just bought 10 new DL DVD’s I guess I can see how things go – just like when I first started – Im bound to made a few coasters/frizbies
Answer #31
Never used XBC before, I guess its for ripping your own backups and everyone is using ImgBurn for burning downloaded games. If you use any other burning software such as CloneCD, it will give you an error about the ISO file size being too big for the DL DVD even though the drive is flashed with LT MAX but you will not get this error with ImgBurn.
