Burning VOB Files to a DVD5

How do I burn VOB Files to a DVD5? Can I use Nero Express or Nero Vision?
Also another question when I download a DVDR with the vob files, do they include the menus and stuff like they do on regular dvds?

Yes, you can use Nero Express to burn it, and the dvdr you downloaded should be the full dvd.

You can use Nero Express or Nero Vision.
You can use many disc burning programs. But I recommend you use Nero. Much easier and faster.
