BT Wifi Hotspots

I live opposite a hospital and can get wifi from my house.
Would they monitor me if I was to download anything?

In theory that is probably one of the best places because they are so many computer in a hostpital, and also the public uses it so you’re practically untraceable

They wouldn’t see what your downloading and it will probably be so hard for them to trace.
Just make sure your not the only one on wireless.

if you’re doing it regular, consider spoofing your mac, you never know
