BSplayer problem – Subtitles stay on the screen

Hello
When I watch a movie with srt subtitles, the subtitles won’t go away. If somebody says something in the movie I can see the subtitle and
if they keep talking the subs change, but if nobody is talking the sub keeps standing on the screen. So when I see a movie and nobody says anything, I see constantly the last line.
I have this problem with all my movies, mkv files and avi files, I have version 2571051 of BSplayer.
How can I solve this problem ?

Update the player? Go back to a different version?
Change the player? Daum PotPlayer for instance?

Have you tried Options > Preferences > Subtitles, or pressing S ?
You can always delete the .srt file if you don’t need them.
