Blu ray on USB mem stick

I have an empty 16gb kingston memory stick but cant load my 8gb Blu ray files on it. Says its too small. Please advise.

You need to format your USB stick to NTFS as your USB stick is currently FAT32 and the maximum limit is 4GB

My mistake, I was thinking of NTSC as File System but it’s NTFS
