Blank CD’s

August 5th, 2016

I recently bought a CD-R at a garage sell that has 2 small files on it. I was wondering if I could still burn an OS onto the CD, or if I could somehow delete the files off the disk (as if it were a CD Re-writeable). I’m just curious. I only spent 25 cents on the disk, but it’s black so it’s cool
