i downloaded bioshock from here

ive extracted everything and when i run setup it says ripforgames.bat not found and cant create folder NPSWF32

Have you extracted everything into the same folder ? and have you extracted all the archives there is ? Sometimes there is an extra archive which contains the .bat file which the setup is looking for .
