Best Movie Catalogue program?

Hi everyone,
I have all of my movies on an external drive but I wanted to know what is the best program that shows ratings linked to say IMDB and relative movie information like cast, plot etc..
Any help or suggestions would be great.

Well I use the IMDB app for the ipod but I don’t know if they have a windows version.
