Best Computer Restoration Software

guys i might have a job working on computers. i am familiar with ccleaner and things like that, but is there a “fix-all” type of cd or application that just might be the miracle app or software that could help me do a job the right way and do it quickly. i have a “geek squad” cd laying around some where, but i’m not sure what that was all about. at the store, i may be working with xp, vista, 7, and possibly macs (which i’m not familiar with but love the iPhone).
also, at our office, is there a similar type of program or something that i could throw on a usb stick and fix all of our computers that would not affect our accounting/managment or our server? because i just don’t want it to mismanage any names or accounts or dates or anything. any help is greatly appreciated! you guys wish me luck! living in the states, it’s so hard to find work right now.
