Batman Arkham City win32 error

My PC is in Window 7, I downloaded a few versions of Batman Arkham City: Full, Catalyst repack, and when I start the Binaries/Win32/BatmanAC.exe or Launcher, a message:
Not a valid Win32 Application (Exception HRESULT: 0x800700C1) and the title of this window is Microsoft.NET Framework
I tried reinstall the whole game, or the Microsoft NET framework, nothing works. Would anyone please help!!

Did you apply the crack after installing?
Edit: Do you get this error only with batman or with other games/apps too? Maybe you got a virus.

only in batman, I cracked and followed every instruction.
I tried to search for the problem in internet, some people suggest changing IIS –> AppPool –> Enable 32Bit Application for True
But still not working…..

Use system restore,Might do the trick.

Which point should I restore to, because I did not recently update anything? so I don’t think that’s related. Any other suggestions?
