Batman : Arkham City Stutter Sound

There seems to be a major problem with my Arkham City version and it’s the sound stutter. It stutters at all the major cinematic movie scenes and the Nvidia introduction. Is there any possible fix to this?

Try update your sound chipset/card drivers.

lower the rate. if your other hardware is below par, your system
can not keep up with the game. try below first, lower all video settings
