Backup whole partition

How to backup all the data in c:, so I can quickly restore it with windows in it, and all the registry key at there (no need reinstall program), and backup it even virus in it ( whole things), and the result will be not consume large place (highly compressed). It’ll be like recovery of OEM laptop if possible, with program installed in it.
