Avatar HELP!

I been trying to upload an avatar here in (W-bb) for over two hours now, using so many diffferent host sites and reducing the image ratio to 150px width and height 120px so its within the limits.. But i am unable to upload it? And when it says its uploaded i find out that its not visible and shows up wid little “redy & bluy” squares
Anyone out there? care to help or experience same isse?

You can’t upload it from your computer, you need to upload it on a image host and paste the direct link on “Link to off-site Avatar:“.

OH MY DAYZ LOL!!
I been always trying to upload it using my computer and also the second option…
I shall give what you guys mentioned a go and come back
