Anyone knows how to unlock a pandigital ?

i just bought this talet .. and i ut a pattern but i forgot what i put and i ve benn looking on all the internet and i cant find anything.. well i found that i can be unlocked with a upgrade but the offcial page doesnt have any update ,, pls HELP!!
