Am I training too much ?

hi guys , am sorry for asking this question here it may not be the right place but because i am here all the time and thought it would be nice to here your opinian or any suggetion from the members of this amazing site :
well first of all when i said am i training too much ?? i mean i am 30 years old and i wieght about 11.5 stone (74 kg) my hight is (174cm) (5.7ich) i do go to gym 11 times a week morning and afternoon, in the morning i do weights, setup , push ups and 30 mins swimming, in the afternnon i go back to gym again and i do my running session for 40- 65 mins every day pluse do swimming again for 30 mins and jogging in the pool aswell ..
all my hard work is to get fit and loose some weights ..this is my training ..
my diet isnt so good at all i eat twice a day in the moring after gym just some Cereal and for afternoon i eat some pasta or some grilled chicken filet before i go back to gym and nothing after .. so its too bad isnt ??
so i wiould be happy to hear all ur suggetion and opinian about this thankx alot

you train to OFTEN. And eat to FEW Meals- .
im no trainer. . . But its recommended after weight training to at least get a days break.
Running and stuff like that should be fine to do each day. And eating should be at least 3 meals + fruits and veg’s in between. Sure you wanna loose weight. but dont stop eating (specialy if your working out all the time)- Just dont eat unhealthy food then,.
and im guessing your hight is more than 74 cm ?`heh

YOUR HEIGHT IS 74CM? Can’t be true man..you’re 30..
Anyway, about your training. just go on with it. As long as feel you feel your body can handle it don’t chicken out. All you need to do is fix your diet. The basic 3 meals/day are the most things in all kinds of diets. You may consult a nutrition specialist to solve the diet prob for you. Last note :
Being healthy is not all about the GYM. Natural exercises are better. Like swimming in the sea against the waves..jogging in the pool is cool but I’d prefer running as fast as I can..more fit as I see it..on the beach sand. what else..mmm nutrition specialist, don’t forget about that.

thankx alot guys and am sorry for mistyping my high, ive correct it now its 174cm but one more thing i would like to add about my diet the reason why i am eating less because my job is makes feel boaring whichs i am running an internet cafe and i am sitting on the chair almost all day thats why i dont want eat too much …dose it make any diffrent ???

yeah it does. . . i dont know the details. But 1
Eating 2 a day is unhealty. 2 -EAting 2 bigger meals instead of 3 smaller gains you weight. YOu can just have carrots and some dark bread maybe at work. That wont ruin your shape to much.

Well that’s such a good thing of you. I would imagine all internet cafe managers would have a fatass. Sitting on it all day. Well even if you sit the whole time at work, the 3 BASIC meals are important. Especially breakfast. As I said, consult a nutrition specialist. The meals he recommends along with the training you do, you’ll have a great body.

thankx alot matie i will do that but i wont stop training hard as long as am sitting on my chair because i cant help it , ive lost alot of wieghts 3 month ago which was arond 1.5 stone by doing hard work at the gym & plyometrics exercises ive still got afewe extra pounds around my waste which is i found it very hard to loose it thats
its all my concern otherwise am in a good shape i guess …!!!
ps: i do play football at weekends aswell

Look up Ketogenic diets (not the autism versions, but the weightlifter versions).
