After Rapidshare Premium Expiry?

I have a RS Premium account tat is going to expire in a few more days. If the account expires will my files get deleted?
Do i have to move them to the collector’s account?
And if i move them will my points be transferrred?

it will get deleted after the pending date ends (time you have to renew the account or to transfer the files. Its about 15 days now)

Your points cant be transferred, best to use them by either redeeming them for prizes or an extended RS account. Or leave it be and they will dissapear when the account is gone
so i ll lose my premium download features for the pending days but the files will be on and they ll keep fetching me points. am i right?
