After How Many Days Register Expire Domain

Hi friends Actually i want register a domain which expire on 30-nov-2011 can register it 1-dec-2011 or i have to wait for some day.
and if register backorder then how many days backorder register that domain.

which domain is expiring is registered in diff. registrar i’m at diff. can i register that ?

U can only register it only when it gets expired. Incase if ur not the owner of the domain,if the domain owner fails to renew within 24 hours. Yes maybe between 30-11 and 1-12.
