How to become VIP member to be able to access its room?
What do i need to do?

Follow the rules, be an active member, and help others and the forum whether it be by posting things, helping in the help section or reporting bad posts, if you attract the attention of one of the mods you might get member of the month, giving you VIP status and allowing you access.
Also if you have the skills, time (and software) you might want to apply to help either the press team, development team or wadio, i do believe all 3 get access
