about brainwave entrainments – what are binaural beats and isochronic tones

hi all,
hope here are some friends knew about it and experienced it, i want to know as i saw on youtube various videos and googled about it and find various websites (free or paid) selling these tones says they can help with binaural beats and/or isochronic tones… what are the reality and if you guys experience those, please share here and help us to go to get benefits or these are useless?
