a wonder but if can how?

I’ve been trying to install programs onto my computer but every time i try to install something i get an error and doesn’t work, i was wondering if it is possible to run a program that needs to be installed to work, run without being installed, someone did it to a photoshop cs3 i have on my computer so that’s why i was wondering if you could do it to any program. and if you can how?

the error is “msiexec.exe”
says

yea thanks but… i already tried google and so far nothing has worked… why do you think i asked on here. thanks any way. how can i make it were i can run a program without being installed?
