A solution to corrupt downloads

over the past couple years, i have suffered from random bouts of corrupt downloads, every single download i would make would be corrupt, then the next day things may be fine
well, the problem was xbox live.
ever since i stopped downloading whilst leaving xbox live on i have not suffered from it
i just thought i would share this. i saw while i tried to research this problem that there were very few solutions…. so if you read this… and you see a sufferer, perhaps you can help them

Download via torrents, you NEVER get a bad download, ever.
Plus you can stop and resume at any time and set download limits.

Plus get caught by the copyright police and get a nasty letter from your ISP which could lead to your internet getting disconnected or you getting taken to court. Possibly get a letter from some dodgy law firm trying to make a quick buck like has already happened.
You need to take some serious precautions to protect your identity before using torrents now.
