I’m not going to extreme gaming, just casual gaming like low-end games and productivity such as word, excel and even to watch here and there videos and able to run linux. the customer service of Samsung isn’t as bad supposedly and I’m just wondering, should I go for it?

For $50 more you could get a current gen processor, 4GB of memory instead of 3GB, and a 500GB HDD instead of 320GB:

or for $280 you could get this which is pretty capable as far as a budget laptop goes:

To be honest, I didn’t have a good experience with Acer/Gateway, I had to send mine that I’m currently using more than twice and I had to pay more than $100 and the tech support is horrible, I was also warranty. My first usb port is broken, my keyboard is wacky and I don’t want to deal with them even if with that price.
Second, I’m not really fan of AMD series but Toshiba is a good brand

One second, let me find a link for the one my friend bought before he went to college.
Pretty sure its better for the same price.
