Ive downloaded the Window 7 Pro ISO here:

I have followed every single step in these sites:

I have a external HDD media player im trying to play .mkv files but it doesnt reconize the file. But it will reconize .avi
Is there a way i can convert .mkv to .avi without losing the HiDef quality?
