2 CD movie problem

here is the problem…I download the movie that is on 2 CD’s(Knowing on example)…how can I join these two files into one?

Well one method is importing both .avi files into Windows Movie Maker and putting them into the right order and then finishing the product. I’m sure there are better ways but that’s how i do it
