Battlefield 3 multiplayer not working!

I’ve purchased Battlefield 3 and ever since i purchased it (about 14 days ago) i’ve never been able to play a single multiplayer match due to this:

It’s getting on my nerves because i can play every other game online but this one not, if i wanted to play singleplayer only i would just download a pirated copy, i tried disabling UPNP but the results are the same.
Anyone had this problem and fixed it? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like something on your PC is blocking its internet access such as a firewall or antivirus.

I have my firewall turned off on windows and on my router aswell.
The router is connected by cable to my computer so i don’t see what can be the problem.

look on the battlefield forums, youll find way more than on here.
But i think you need to update your punkbuster.
check evenbalance.com and use their tool to update try again and post if it works

I wish i could say it worked but still the same :/ thanks for trying to help tho.
I might check BF forums now.
