Need a program to convert rmvb video

I have a HD rmvb video file and im trying to upload that to youtube but youtube cannot convert the rmvb file so im getting an error so I need to convert it to a different format. I have tried using alok rmvb converter and I have set the video output to highest and resolution to original but the video output is not HD and it looks very crappy and I have tried using xilisoft rmvb converter and with that the video is HD but the actual video is showing in the top left corner and the rest of the screen is gray =(
Are there any other video converters which I can use and keep the original video quality?
