Win 7 automatic restore points

Hey guys in win 7 automatic restore points are not being created . how do i fix it .?
Automatic restore is Turned on But still its not working.. Suddenly today i noticed that win 7 is not created any restore points

You will only get an auto restore point created if any restore point has not been made for 7 days..
