Remove all files in the relevant directory (c:\program files…) then browse to the shadow copy folder in ‘Application Data’ which is located here:
C:\ > Documents and Settings > your_session >Application Data > your_folder.
Once all files are deleted, reboot and run a registry cleaning with CrapCleaner or better with TuneUp Utilities 2008, reboot and try to reinstall your soft.
It might work this time.
