I like the idea of a 17″ laptop but i also like the idea of a 1066fsb with a 9600GT… Not sure what to go for

Humm… will a 15.4″ screen look small for a laptop???
15.4″ sounds small but once you get used to it its no problem.
9600 is much better than the 8600 so it’s a trade off because of the screen size on the 8600
but I would still go with the 9600
9600GT is way beter than the 8600GT
9600GT. The screen doesnt make a difference.
The processor is better on the first one (a Centrino 2) and it’s a smaller screen so the battery life will be a lot longer than the second one. Well it’s your choice
I’d go for the 9600GT for sure.. I mean, those 5 centimeters.. That can’t be such a huge difference, and you’ll get used to the little smaller screen. Plus the hardware of the 9600GT is so much better.. Really, would be a waste if you bought the 8600GT.
