What program should i use…?

ok so i have this desire to start making images or illustrations but don’t know how to do that…
so please can someone tell me what program should i use and a bit tutorial could help…thank u!

Adobe Illustrator cs5 will be best for you (imo)
Get it from the apps section,
Search ebooks>tutorials for DVDs that contain video tutorials
