Virus help how to remove it

which virus that makes programs say they are not a valid Win32 aplication when they are tried to run?
how can you remove it if you cant install anti virus softwares because they keep saying that error

hmm, have you tried booting up in safe mode WITH networking, download malwarebytes [google it]. update and scan ?
orrr you could try downloading hirens boot CD from a different pc [check ‘s sig] and booting from that cd and running a scan on your HDD ?
