Print Spooler?

Hi, so I’m using TinyXP Rev09 O8 or O7 I think…
And I’m trying to install a printer, but whenever I try to print something I get this message:
“Operation Could Not Be Completed. The print spooler service is not running.”
What is there to do, how can I fix this?
I need this ASAP!

goto “services” (its a shortcut found in control panel>admin tools>services); find print spooler ;right-click and “start”. then install your printer.

Hit Winkey+r
Type services.msc and hit enter
Locate Print Spooler
Right click and press start
Try installing your printer again.
