Booting Vista. Is this correct?

August 4th, 2016

Ok, so I finished building my new rig and need to install Vista on new HDD. I have downloaded Vista already from here. So the question is. How do I make it boot-able so that I can install it on new HDD?
Using PowerISO to burn. So do I just burn the ISO file as an image?? and then just make DVD drive as a primary boot device? Is this correct? And is burning it at 4x good enough? Sorry, just first time installing windows, but we’ve all been there.. I am sure.
