Windows Live Problem

i have a problem everytime i open windows live messenger, what happens is that debugger opens and says an unhandled exception occured in wlcomm.exe

if i leave the window open, windows messenger keeps working for ten minutes or so then becomes unresponsive, if i close the window, windoes live messenger signs me out straight away, its so annoying! please help! please please!

Make sure your .NET frameworks are properly installed.
Additionally you can clear out your Contact Cache.
Close MSN and then and then you can find this by browsing to:
*:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft
* = Your main drive letter. So replace it with that.
username = Your Windows username.
Next delete “Windows Live Contacts” folder. Then restart your MSN.

It is possible that an update occurred automatically and is causing the problem.
Try doing a system restore to a point back before this problem happened.
