online buying Xbox 360 from UK with unverified paypal

I’m thinking of buying Xbox 360 super elite with Forza 3 bundle & I will buy it online from UK ( cause I need the PAL version )
I found it on amazon for � 230 , but I knew that it doesn’t accept paying via paypal ,
I looked in ebay but the price is too high � 280 !!
so I need this item on a trusted good site that does accept unverified paypal account .

no you dont have to verify your paypal for ebay but some sellers prefer it (but ive never seen one decline the transaction because of it)
and yes they will ask u the destinaton address when you go throught the steps of paying for the item u can change the destinantion address. if u dont change it, it will go to the address that the paypal is linked to

Some sellers may ONLY sell to verified accounts check the listing.
Do you only have a CC on your paypal account or something?
Its simple to verify your account.
Address is checked by a phone call.
Bank account / CC are checked by simple depositing system.
And that’s it.

about verifying , PP doesn’t support my country
that’s why I’m planning for my shopping list even before I receive the money , cause I know that my account won’t still unverified for long .

You search in eBay for something to buy, you click on one of the listings (adverts) that is a listing, it will say in there, the terms of sale something like we do not ship to unverified paypal accounts….
